Three CNC machining centers provide us the machine time necessary to machine cores, cavities, mold plates, and electrodes simultaneously. That insures that deadlines are met. All CNC machines are tooled to provide for maximim efficiency.
CNC MACHINING
With this large vertical machining center (20 x 30 x 50) with the latest Centroid controls, we are able to machine 3 axis on the larger molds that are tooled directly in the "A" and "B" plates.
Our large DeVlieg CNC horizontal jig mill gives us great advantage with larger molds. This machine also gives us superior accuracy and speed due to the upgrade of the latest Centroid controls.
